Mission: Inculcate to every matured Filipino SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY and for young
parents and young adults to be Economically Productive & LESS Reproductive

Guiding Principles: Our Vision & Mission are based on the belief that:

A. To attain Quality of Life (Q Life) the basic needs, i.e. food, shelter, clothing, health,
education, recreation and the fulfillment of one’s potential must be met

B. Poverty is never a fate, it must and can be changed,. we have control over our
economic situation by choosing to have a few children and the Youth can plan
their life and delay marriage and pregnancy if not ready for the responsibilities.

C. Every child must be born Wanted, Well-planned and Well-cared for, they deserve to
have “QUALITY LIFE” never a miserable life nor a life in POVERTY.

D. Marriage and or pregnancy is supposed to be - ONLY for people who are both
matured, financially independent and Responsible

E. Every matured individual has a personal RESPONSIBILITY to take care of oneself
and his/her family and not to be dependent/burden to parents and the society..
One must be ACCOUNTABLE and not blame others of the consequences of his/her
action

F. Filipino citizens esp. the Professionals/Educators and companies have Social
Responsibility to help in educating the poor families who have misguided, neglected
and abandoned their children and are in the streets doing petty to hard crimes,
because anyone of us, can be victimized or affected directly or indirectly.

G. “Responsible” persons deserved to be given priority whenever financial assistance is
needed and available, than those who are “ Irresponsible”
